Carleen Su has been an active and successful real estate investor in Western Canada for over 16 years. Her portfolio includes more than 20 residential units and multiple real estate development projects. From flips and buy and holds to identifying and selecting the right development projects to invest in, she understands a range of investing strategies and the right time to apply them. Carleen has been a member of the Real Estate Investment Network (REIN) for over five years and is a certified Real Estate Investment Advisor (REIA). With a background in corporate finance, she is confident that real estate is the right vehicle to build wealth and take action. Carleen is a loving wife and hands-on mom to three beautiful children, and through real estate, she is able to provide a financially sound future for herself and her family. She is proud that she has been able to achieve her real estate goals because it has allowed her the freedom and flexibility to spend quality time with her loved ones.
